How Can I Get Back In Shape For Mma? What Should I Start Doing? Need Tips?
School is already out and this summer Im planning of training and possibly fightng in MMA. There is no gym where I live at (I stay at a small town) but I’ll be going to sister’s place ( big city). I really wouldn’t feel comfortable stepping into a gym out of shape.
